Updates on the Scotlandview Website

The last weeks some major updates were launched on the Scotlandview website, here is an overview:

A new design on the Scotlandview Homepage
A new page is added about Scotland island Hopping, in cooperation with Bruce from Scotland from the roadside. Many thanks for that!
Three new Island pages were created about the Isle of Arran, Mull and Iona and the Orkney Islands

For those of you who are interested in The history of Scotland there is good news. In total 33 pages were added about the History of Scotland. This was actually a huge project but worth every hour spent on it. The History of Scotland is also available for download as an Acrobat File. Furthermore a part of the famous travelogue from Samuel Johnson, Journey to the Western Isles has been added, describing his whereabouts on the islands of Mull, Ulva and Inch Kenneth. This travelogue is written in 1775! thus giving a unique view back in time.

Also the wallpaper pages have been updated. New wallpapers have been added for Islay, Jura and Scottish Sunsets
